Website hosting

This static website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request details, browser information, timestamps and security logs under its own policies. Infrastructure retention is governed by Cloudflare; we do not promise a specific log period here.

Cloudflare may include its Web Analytics beacon for aggregate traffic and page-performance measurements. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and without cross-site tracking. Browser security policies or blockers may prevent measurements. We do not use advertising trackers, behavioural advertising or marketing cookies. The site has no account system or embedded feedback form.

Email and support

Our Cloudflare Email Routing setup forwards messages addressed to our studio aliases to private existing inboxes. Cloudflare and the inbox provider process the message for delivery and storage. We use the content and your reply address to answer the enquiry, investigate issues and manage support. If we reply from an existing mailbox, its sending address may be visible to you.

Feedback forms

Our chosen feedback provider is Tally. The reviewed form is linked from our feedback page. Its privacy policy is available from the provider. Tally stores submissions in Europe and processes technical data under its policies. Optional email, if supplied, is stored with the response. We do not require a respondent account. You choose what to submit: gameplay opinions, bug details, optional contact email, system details or optional attachments. You can provide feedback without supplying a contact email; avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

We use submissions to understand player experience, fix issues and guide development. A contact email is used only to follow up on that report, not to add you to a marketing list. Any published feedback summaries omit identifying details. Review screenshots, logs and saves before sharing; they can contain personal data.

Access, retention and security

Only the small studio team and service providers needed for hosting, delivery and form operation access these records. Data may be processed outside your country under the providers' arrangements. We do not sell feedback or support data.

Identifiable feedback and support retention: We keep identifiable submissions and support messages only while needed to investigate and follow up. We review them at least annually and delete or de-identify records that are no longer needed. Attachment retention: We review attachments when the related issue is resolved and remove those no longer needed, including private controlled copies. Tally Free requires manual deletion; it does not automatically enforce a retention period. We delete or de-identify records when no longer needed, including controlled exports/inbox copies where practical, subject to legal obligations and provider backup handling.

We restrict access and keep exported response files private. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Feedback/contact is voluntary. Ask us to access, correct or delete information you supplied by emailing privacy@doublexgames.com; we may need enough detail to locate the record and verify the request. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location. Do not submit children's personal information or sensitive records unnecessarily.

External services and changes

Steam and hosted forms are separate services with their own policies. External links contact those services only when you follow them. We update this notice before changing material data practices.
